UN Resolution condemns Iran-Iraq war

On July 20, 1987, the United Nations Security Counsel passed Resolution 598, which condemned the Iran-Iraq. The Resolution further called on both parties to move for an immediate cease-fire and a return to the borders that existed before the conflict.
